ANBD(Asia Network Beyond Design) was found in 2007 for the purpose of cultural value expansion through convergence of each area’s characteristics. The first exhibition held in 2008 and 41 exhibitions showed over 13,000 artworks until now.
ANBD tried to communicate beyond genre of art and design for the last 10 years. From now on, we will challenge for the cultural convergence beyond Asia.
1. Theme : Genesis
The theme of ANBD2018 is ‘Genesis’.
‘Genesis’ is based on the ‘Book of Genesis’ and refers to the creation of the universe and mankind. In other words, Genesis means ‘creation’ or ‘birth’.
Especially, we hope to see various works comes from using this theme in the field of art that creates newness.

3. How to Participate
- 4 artworks per person
(Each artwork will exhibit in the different galleries as the table above) - Do not use sign or name symbolized the special country (ex. flag, map and etc.)
- Artwork sizes: A1 or A2 (The exact size of works by region will be announced later.)
- Please include the title-band (sample attached on next page) on each artwork.
Every candidates should send the undermentioned.
- Artwork Images for Pamphlet: A6 except title-band, CMYK mode, 250dpi
- Artist’s portrait photo: 3x4cm(vertical), Gray-scale mode, 250dpi
- Name, Titles of Artworks, Name of School(or Company), E-mail address
- Files are should be named as below.

guest folder > upload only > upload the files in your country’s folder. - The other candidates except from Tokyo, Seoul, Tianjin, Taipei, Kuala Lumpur, Tainan and Yuncheng can upload in the Asia Office folder.
4. Exhibition Entry Fee
Exhibition Entry Fee differs with countries.
Artists or designers who are interested in participating in ANBD Exhibition except from Tokyo, Seoul, Tianjin, Taipei, Kuala Lumpur, Tainan and Yuncheng should pay 70 USD for entry fee. All of exhibition participants will receive a set of artwork pamphlet. Printed artworks should be sent to exhibition places at least a week ago.
If you want to ask the ANBD Headquarter Office(jeehyun0208@hanmail.net) for printing and shipping, you should pay 100 USD.
5. Awards
Excellent artworks within top 5% by ANBD judges will be awarded at the main exhibition open ceremony. (Seoul in 2018)
